  So I have been doing yoga for maybe two years now and I missed my regular Sunday yoga class and found that Tree of Life had a 2 PM class. It required RSVP and fortunately there had been a cancellation and I was in. The Rope yoga class was totally different than anything I have tried to date. I loved it. Jessica is precise, extremely knowledgeable about anatomy and yoga and caring, in a firm way that I can appreciate. I still want to stay with my regular Sunday class but I really need to figure out way to squeeze coming back to Tree of Life Yoga regularly into my crazy busy schedule.
