  When it comes to the company called New Area Realty and its leadership Mr. Faran Thomason, I must say that I am extremely disgusted with the lack of professionalism, lack of leadership and lack of integrity displayed.
  
  I personally witnessed them attempt to bully my friend who rents from them. The apartment my friend was renting had clear signs of water damage and possible mold. It was like pulling teeth to get them to address the matter. Faran Thomason promised my friend in writing that he would provide a copy of the mold report but after the work was done he refused to. My friend had moved out of the apartment for two weeks while the work was being done. Faran Thomason was the person in control of the apartment during that time. Fortunately my friend had secured the contents of the entire apartment elsewhere except for items in the refrigerator and freezer. You would not believe it that all items were stolen from the freezer. When Faran Thomason was informed of the theft he first refused to respond for a long time. It took my friend numerous attempts to get a response about the theft. When Faran finally responded he denied everything and stated he asked those doing the repairs if they had taken the items, they merely denied it and based only on that, he considered "the issue closed”.
  
  He later attempted to bully my friend into giving him copies of keys he already had. He had no reason to do that other than to harass and to attempt to intimidate.
  
  This man is also extremely disrespectful. He has been informed that the apartment is a “no shoe zone home”. After being told that and removing his shoes once, on a second visit, he just walked in without removing his shoes when entering, tracking all the germs and dirt from his shoes into the home, forcing my friend to clean the carpet behind him.
  
  Also I have personally observed the work completed by his so called skilled workers. The work is, at best, substandard but Faran Thompson put in writing that he is confident in his workers. Well, in conclusion, Mr. Faran Thomason and New Area Realty, I have absolutely NO confidence in you. I am a property owner and I am so glad that my property managers do not treat my tenants like this. If they did I would definitely have serious legal issues.
